Buy the Geo Dress sewing pattern from Sew Different. The Geo Dress has a relaxed, batwing shape with a round neck. Its raglan sleeves create strong geometric lines from the neckline all the way down to the side seams. These seams incorporate deep pockets and are topstitched for emphasis. The dress fits gently into the waist and hips and finishes just above the knee (for 5' 8" height). It pulls on over your head – no zip required.

Suggested fabrics: Drapey fabrics, such as crepe or viscose. Anything too stiff, such as 100% cotton, will look and feel bulky around the batwing sleeves. Also suitable for jersey, but we would recommend making at least one size smaller than usual (depending on the stretch of the fabric) and replacing the neckline facing with bias binding.
